Our technicians will be happy to welcome you in our workshops: every service offered by Mister Genius is available when you visit one of our workshops.

Remotely:

Technology now allows us to take control of your computer remotely while explaining over the phone what we are doing. This fast and convenient service is ideal for any problem related to using your computer: e-mail, office suite, specific software, online banking, connecting external devices (printer)…

At the office or at home:

A technician comes to you to help. This option is preferred when the need is specific to your environment (internet connection, network…).

Mister Genius also has a department dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses. We offer to act as their IT manager and to meet all their technology needs: hardware, software, e-mail, servers, telecommunications, telephony…

Pick Up/Drop Off:

Your device needs a repair but you cannot visit one of our workshops? We send a courier to collect it from your home and bring it to us; once the work is done, the device is delivered back to your home.
